Every change we ship, in plain words. Newest first.
AI
Your AI answers with your real prices
The agent can now quote what you actually charge, and you can hear it before a customer does.
A new Properties tab holds what you sell — hotels and room types, coworking spaces and virtual office plans, listings — with the rate, what is included, the address and the capacity. The AI agent quotes from it.
A "What the AI sees" button prints the exact facts your agent is given, so you never have to guess why it said something. Your internal notes and owner contacts are deliberately not in that list.
Try it: a chat box where you can talk to your own agent. Nothing is sent on WhatsApp and nothing is saved — no chat, no lead.
Photos can say which listing they show, so a guest asking for one hotel does not get a picture of another.
Inbox
See who is still waiting for a reply
Your dashboard now counts the customers who wrote to you and never heard back.
A card at the top of the dashboard: how many are waiting, how long the oldest has waited, and which of them your AI promised a callback to.
"Needs your attention" lists the rest — a number that has disconnected, an agent with no prices to quote, an AI add-on nobody switched on.
The lead now sits beside the chat: what they asked for, their budget, the ad they came from and the first thing they typed — on a laptop and a phone, not only on a wide screen.
A call button on every chat. With Tata Smartflo connected it rings the customer first; without it, on a phone, it dials from your own handset.
Platform
SaarFlow is shaped like your industry
A hotel, a coworking space and a school do not sell the same way, and the app no longer pretends they do.
Your account has an industry. It decides what your inventory tab is called, which pipeline a new account starts with, and what a new AI agent already knows to ask.
Everything it sets stays editable. It is a starting point, not a cage.
Lead lists now show every lead. Accounts past 500 were quietly showing only the first 500.
Ads
Tell Meta which ads actually brought you customers
Conversions API, per account: your ad spend optimises for real leads and bookings instead of chats.
A Click-to-WhatsApp chat that becomes a lead, reaches your qualified stage or is won is reported back to Meta against your own ad account.
You connect your own dataset and token. The events, and the spend they tune, stay yours.
Compliance
STOP now means stop
A customer who replies STOP is opted out in the server, and told so.
No campaign, scheduled broadcast, API call or AI reply can message somebody who opted out.
Only a message that is the word itself counts — "stop by the office tomorrow" is left alone.
START puts them back. A rejected template now shows Meta's own reason instead of "Invalid parameter".
Platform
Support can see what you see
When you ask us for help, we can sign in to your account to look — visibly, and on the record.
An amber banner names who is signed in, as whom, and for how long. The session lasts an hour and can be ended from our side at any moment.
Every sign-in is written down before it happens, with who did it and why.
Reliability
We watch your WhatsApp number for you
A number that falls off its WhatsApp account is found in hours, not weeks.
Every connected number is checked against Meta four times a day, including whether messages are still being delivered to us at all.
A problem shows in Settings and in your account health instead of being discovered when a customer complains.
Integrations
Call a lead from the CRM
Tata Smartflo click-to-call, connected with your own account.
A call button on every lead. Smartflo rings the customer first and brings your agent in once they pick up, so nobody's phone rings for a call that was never answered.
Each agent can save their own key, so calls ring their phone and not a colleague's.
Your Smartflo account, your bill. Keys are encrypted and never shown again after you save them.
