Your account is yours
The WhatsApp Business Account, the number and every conversation on it belong to you. We connect to them as a Meta Tech Provider. If you leave, you take them with you — there is nothing to prise loose.
SaarFlow is made by Techsaar, a software company in Indore. We did not set out to build another CRM. We kept meeting businesses whose entire sales desk ran through one WhatsApp number — and watched that number quietly lose them customers.
The pattern was always the same. A business runs ads, the enquiries land on WhatsApp, and the whole thing hangs off a handset somebody carries home. Two people reply to the same customer. A promise to call back at four o'clock evaporates. Nobody can say which ad actually brought a sale, because the only record of it is a chat on a phone.
Proper CRMs existed, and so did WhatsApp tools. What did not exist, at a price an Indian business of twenty people would pay, was one place where the chat and the pipeline were the same thing.
A business paying for Click-to-WhatsApp ads is buying conversations. Every one that goes unanswered, or answered twice, or forgotten after "I'll call you back", was already paid for. That is the money SaarFlow is built to stop leaking — not a new line of spend, a plug in an old hole.
Most of these cost us money. They are the reasons clients stay.
The WhatsApp Business Account, the number and every conversation on it belong to you. We connect to them as a Meta Tech Provider. If you leave, you take them with you — there is nothing to prise loose.
WhatsApp's own conversation charges are billed by Meta, to your Meta account, at Meta's rates. We do not resell them and take no cut. Our invoice is the plan, and nothing else.
If your own system should receive the WhatsApp traffic, we point Meta's webhooks straight at it. Your customers' messages then never touch our disk — and if SaarFlow stopped tomorrow, your software would carry on.
There is no self-signup, on purpose. An account is opened after a demo, with your number connected, your pipeline stages, roles and templates configured the way you actually sell. Half-configured software gets abandoned.
If your enquiries do not come on WhatsApp, or two people answer them comfortably on one phone, this is not worth your money. We would rather say that in the demo than take a year's payment and watch it go unused.
In the product, the pricing page and on the phone. No per-seat arithmetic, no "contact us for pricing", no feature ladder designed to push you one tier higher. The price is on the website because it should be.
Different businesses, one shape: enquiries arrive as chats, and somebody has to turn them into customers.
Enquiries with dates, group sizes and budgets that need chasing for weeks. Quotes, follow-ups and the ad that produced them, kept together.
Site visits, tours and renewals. Who asked, who viewed, who is deciding — on a board instead of in somebody's head.
Admission enquiries in season, and fee or attendance notices out of it — sent from the school's own software through our API, at a pace WhatsApp accepts.
Clinics, retail, logistics and professional services run on the same shape. Tell us yours →
We build software, brands and people — that is the line the company was started on, and SaarFlow is the part of it you can buy off the shelf. The rest of our work is custom: systems built for one business, by people who sat with them first.
Being a product company and a software house at once is unusual, and it shows in SaarFlow. The API, the webhook routing and the telephony integration exist because clients needed their own systems to keep working, not because a roadmap said so.
SaarFlow is not a white-label of somebody else's platform. The inbox, the CRM, the AI agent and the API are ours, which is why a client's odd requirement can actually get built.
Support is not a ticket queue in another time zone. Message the number on this page and you are talking to the team that writes the code.
Show us how your team answers WhatsApp today. We will show you what it looks like in SaarFlow — and say plainly if you do not need it.
